What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars minifigures?
CaptainCRO replied to Darthking623's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Mine would have to be either new Saesee Tiin or Agen Kolar. I would pick Shaak Ti, but I really like non CW faces much better. If they made a non CW Shaak Ti that would be a win. -
I would like more non cw alien jedi minifigs to match them with Palpatine's arrest jedi. Of sets, I would like more podracers.

Wonderful!! 100% accurate also.

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors
CaptainCRO replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I dont really get the idea of a rancor pit. Rancor is HUGE, the room would have to be even bigger for him to fit in. -
I have been trying to think of a solution for those round chairs forever, but you just OWNED it. Congrats.

LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors
CaptainCRO replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I have been in a dark age for a while(since the release of winter wave sets), but I'm back! First off, I must say the new minifigures are just awesome. I LOVE Palpatine's arrest minifigures, even though they are pretty much recycled. But, now I see how much better the regular faces are than the CW faces. Saesee Tiin looks so much better with this face, and I thought he had awesome face even if it was CW. Agen Kolar is also incomparably cooler and overall better than Eeth Koth. Palpatine and Mace Windu are also very nice. Although, the minifigures are more than incredible, I must say I am dissapointed, and here's why: Almost all sets nowadays are being sold ONLY BECAUSE OF MINIFIGURES. I remember when I was a kid and bought sets because they had cool vehicles and buildings. An exception to that is Jabba's palace. This set is on a different level than other sets this year. It has a very nice building and play features, and of course a ton of new extremly detailed minifigs. The only problem is it is very expensive. If I will be able to in the terms of money, I am definitly going to pick this set up. And if they release a rancor pit for it, this set could be one of the best SW sets ever released. The only set that is a good build other than Jabba's palace is The Gungan sub. But it is nothing so special in my opinion. The X-Wing and Y-WIng are cool, but I can't stand them being re-released over and over again. I will end up BL-ing the figs I like and skipping on the sets. -

But, if Bossk had escaped, I am sure Dooku would summon him as he is one of the best bounty hunters in the galaxy. -

10179 Millennium Falcon Stop Motion Assembly Video
CaptainCRO replied to smokebelch's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I can't imagine how many hours of work were put in there. EDIT: It actually says how many. It's even more than I thought. -
I too regret this. It's probably the coolest fig ever, but it's just unafordable for me.

Maybe he still has the one Obi cut in half. Now I start to think the new LEGO figure is actually a CW figure. They included black legs instead of the new robot legs. -
LEGO Star Wars 2012 Pictures and Rumors

Why in the world would they put a CW Yoda(I know it's not exactly the same, but still looks like CW more then PT/OT) on EP 1 poster? -
First 10000(?) were limited edition, bit then it got mass produced like any other set. I don't think you can find out the total number.
-
That's really awesome. How much would that set be useful for parts to make a 10179? How many parts match?

Duplicating White Boba Fett
CaptainCRO replied to CaptainCRO's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Oh, that's a surprise. Slighty off topic: How is it that there are 10000 of both Darth Vader and C-3PO, but everyone has 10 Vaders and hardly anyone has C-3PO. -
This is perfect...congrats!

It was 500$ or 580E

he looks the same when blind and when not. -
It has been done many times in LSW. 3(or4?) AT-ATs 4 Slave 1s(one is Jango's) 2 Republic Gunships 2 AT-TEs 2ARC-180 figters A lot of X-Wings, Y-Wings and TIEs But I am almost sure this set will never be re released. It's one of the greatest LEGO sets along with the modular building and some other.

Maul looked very calm in EP1 to me. He's totally different to me here. -
What's the Biggest and Smallest Lego Piece of All Time?
CaptainCRO replied to JCC1004's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Maybe it has been mentioned before, but the smallest would probably be THE RING. -
I would NEVER disassamble my UCS Millennium Falcon. That thing is so beautiful that sometimes I just stare at it for 5 minutes. But, I don't dissasamble any of my sets because I am not much of a bulder.
