Hey there!
I'm a very new AFOL who came out of the dark age only a few months ago. I left the hobby for many many years and I'm glad to be back. What brought me to those little bricks again is, as a lot of people I guess, the Star Wars sets. I was drooling on a Millenium Falcon for years and when my wife said "go for it!" last christmas, it was the first step to a no-return path :)
Lately, my interest went to SW (mainly the OT ships) but also some other licenses such as Wall-E, the Ecto-1, the X-Men but also series 14 with all those neat little monsters (I'm a roleplayer for years, Call of Cthulhu game master, so I couldn't pass on monsters, even if they lack tentacles ;) )
I registered on Brick Pirate a few months ago but also wanted to check what's up on the international side of the hobby so here I am, even if I probably won't post much.
Oh, also I'm not a MOCer yet even if I built my first creation last week for a SW contest. I hope to get better soon as my inventory grows.
