That's an awesome fortress! I agree with bonaparte about how realistic it looks. I just think those Imperial Armada bunch just need a few more people to guard such a big fortress. They might get a bit lonely!

I voted "Imperial Soldier". Reasons: I like blue better than red. Blue can represent French or American: I live in the USA and am 1/16 French, O% British/ Scottish/ Irish. I despise red coats, but I think the British wearing dark blue in POTC3 are awesome. Norrington is cool too.

This thread is getting kind of off-topic, and I don't feel like posting my oppinion of "better", but I just want to say that some of the American colonists were also French and German, so we're not necessarily "all the same people."

I voted for Imperial armada army, but afterward decided a port might be better. -or a combination of the two!

That is a nice moc, but you're wrong Whipstick, the French are winning. Notice how three of the horses have guns pointed at them... their riders are about to get their steeds blown out from under them. The painting is another story however with more calvary coming through the gate. The French minifigs will be eating horse meat for lunch.

Whenever the English infantry was threatened by the French cavalry, they formed a square to protect themselves. Four ranks deep, vulnerable to artillery or infantry, but deadly to cavalry. (Quick now bring in the artillery while the brittish are distracted by the calvary and blow them up!) Of course you would need a couple lines of infantry to protect the artillery, but judging by the size of your French army you shouldn't have a problem with that. You have to make a battle scene with your two army's. It would be awesome! *sweet* *sweet* X-D X-D *y* *y*

You are all talking way too much about makeup and tests! Back on subject...I like the fort. I've been trying to make cannons like that, but I don't have red flat angle pieces like that that are three stubs long, so I had to use ones that are four stubs long.

Cool!!!! I like it. Can't wait till its finished though.
