Need a little help fellows. BTW, thanks for your past efforts with LDD Manager. Anyway, I downloaded and installed the new version. However, when I tried to import an LDD model I got an error message - "13 - Type Mismatch" - and the file would not load. Not being an Access expert, I have no idea what to do next to fix it. So I ask for your suggestions.

I have beeb trying to upload pictures but keep getting the message that the size is too big. I keep shrinking the size and keep getting the message. The size of the picture on the last try was 180x240. Anyone know what the problem may be?

Just finished building this set. It was fun to build and I always am interested in the new ways that the designers find to put bricks together. It never fails to amaze me that such an interesting building can be made from little bricks. The one question that has been an issue for me is how to keep a light brick lit without having to hold the little red pin down. Hard to get good pictures when there is a hand behind the building making the light go on. Any one out there have a solution for an easy way to keep these light bricks lit?

The light bricks that are included with the holiday sets are really a nice touch to brighten up the buildings. However, my problem with them is that one must keep pressing on the brick to keep it on. I was wondering if anyone out there had come up with an easy way to keep the light on continuously. I have tried several ideas of my own but nothing that I was satisfied with. I have assembled all of my holiday sets together and it would be a nice display to be able to turn on all the lights at once.

I know TLG published instructions on how to motorized the holiday train. Can someone point me to a link that show it?

I am wondering what type of storage people are using for all of the various instructions and catalogs that have been produced over the years. I have put mine in plastic sleeves that go into three ring binders. I am not satisfied with this because the heavy used for the documents tends to pull the sleeves out of shape and the documents then fall out. I like to reference these items for building ideas so I want to have easy access. I think there must be a better solution out there but so far I have not found one I like. What do other addicts do?

Some time ago I acquired some old lights from set 7867. Now I want to make them function on my Lego town/train layout. First question is how do I connect them? Meaning, what do they plug into (transformer, etc)? Next is how do I power them in the US? I have looked for documentation on these subjects but can't find any good source that simplifies this for a guy who doesn't have an EE degree. So I am looking to the Lego train community for some help and guidance.
