Not realy. I'll get the power supply from the ho tracks like all ho locomotives do. And i can control up-down the train speed with the simple use of a potensiometer adjusting the voltage on ho tracks. No tipping.... the police lego on track is a sample not the final wagon carriage.

Since i started my project i'm sending you some photos how to run youw LEGO trains or Wagons on HO / OO scale tracks. i use HO/OO wheels by HORNBY then i use 2 pieces of LEGO 1x10 1 piece of lego 1x6 and 4 drills with 2mm drill the wagon wheels are ready now you can build your lego wagon or you can load the ho train wagon soon i will send you an example of ho/oo steering wheels with lego plase write your comment
