Seems as if many more Lego fans are left handed...

Sorry for the stupid question, but i can't find the answer... Was this set ever an official Lego set? I see the sticker and it makes me thing this thing was produced by Lego. Or was the sticker custom made along with this Venator, not associating with the Lego company at all!?
