Disney owns the new characters created for Tarzan and their designs for the Tarzan characters from the books. To make anything featuring the original Tarzan characters though requires a license and approval from both Disney and the Edgar Rice Burroughs estate. So if that list is true LEGO paid an additional licensing fee for those two. Happy with the line up if it is true. Especially Donald Duck!
