  1. What about the clown in series 1? That was much more prominent in TLG's advertising.
  2. They just seem to be most wanted by the community?... I don't know.
  3. Have: S2 Mime (open, no bag but all pieces) S2 Surfer (no black baseplate) Wants from S3 (priority order): Elf (both Mime and Surfer for him) Fisherman (both Mime and Surfer for him) Baseball Rapper Alien Sumo Any other S3, apart from nos 3, 4, 8, 11 and 12. Uk only. Don't mind figs that are open, as long as all pieces are there.
  4. Hi, Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I couldn't find it anywhere else. My question is does every series of collectible minifig have a 'flagship'? I know the clown in series 1 was advertised as the main minifig by TLG, but what about the others? Correct me if I'm wrong, but the main figs have been: Series 1: Circus Clown Series 2: Karate Man/Spartan? Series 3: Elf Are these just wanted more by the community, or official 'best' figs? Thanks.
  5. Have: Gorilla Suit Man (Opened) (Bought 3 packs, 2 were gorillas! ) Want: Any other series 3 apart from Samurai, Racing Driver and Gorilla. UK Only. EDIT: Traded.
  6. Stuffed anywhere they fit - bookcases, shelves, on top of the TV...
  7. My name: Cameron + my computer: MacBook Pro = cambookpro
  8. Tomorrow or Saturday hoping to pick up a couple of sets: NinjaGo Skull Motorbike Ninja Ambush Technic Off-roader Mini Container Truck Should be enough for a while!
  9. Blue should definitely be darker. I'd like to see both greens being used and absolutely must have a double ended handle!!
  10. I really like the dark mark MOC, brilliant work!
  11. Brilliant review with nice HD pics, thanks! Will probably get this set. Nice minifig, good play feature for a small set and looks quite nice. On a side note, does S@H mention the bamboo splitting apart thingy? It's looks like the best feature yet not mentioned on the product page. Oh well.
  12. Hi! I know I'm a 'n00b' ( :p ) however have an interest in photography and writing. I have about 9 fully built sets, I think with all of them having instructions. 4 have boxes. I also have my iPhone 4 as my camera as it takes better pictures than my 10mpx fujifilm, weirdly. So, yeah, count me in!
  13. Hi, I'm new so don't know if MOCs in LDD actually count as MOCs? Anyway, I've never been the type to create my own sets, but I'd thought I'd have a go at creating a TARDIS that open and closes giving access inside. It's not great, but since it's my first LDD creation I quite like it. As the saying goes, a picture speaks a thousand words: This is with Rory Williams (Roman), Amy Pond and The Doctor with sonic screwdriver. Here is the back: Basically the idea is to have two separate halves of the TARDIS joined by hinges at he back so it can open and be played with inside. And, finally the inside, complete with Doctor-y levers and lots of buttons!: It obviously isn't brilliant, but any comments would be welcome. Hopefully I can improve! Anyone can have the .lxf if they fancy a play around with it. Thanks!
  14. Can anyone tell me what the best sets are for £15-30? I'm interested in most themes except 'old' (set hundreds of years ago, pirates, castles etc) and am interested in technic, however still like normal Lego.
  15. Ah, sorry, completely missed that thread! Thanks anyway.
  16. Hello! My birthday is coming up in March so it's time for… Lego!! Even though I love Lego Technic, money has been spent on other things. My only sets are 8263 Snow Groomer (built the B-model, the Arctic Tracker), 8259 Mini Bulldozer, 8067 Mini Mobile Crane and 8046 Helicopter. I was looking at getting some PF sets. I'm more of a person who builds a set and then 'play and displays' it, so new parts for MOCs doesn't really apply to me. I am wondering which set(s!) to go for though: 8043 Motorised Excavator 8070 Super Car or do I get a small set plus other stuff: 8051 Motorbike 8041 Race Truck 8068 Rescue Helicopter or do I buy one of these later in the year: 8110 Unimog U400 (If not too expensive from licensing) 8109 Flatbed Truck (The red and yellow kinda looks very cool) Basically I want to know which one has the best play experience and looks the best on display. Also just any general awsome-ness from the sets. Thanks!
  17. Hi! I'm cambookpro, I like Lego (well duh), I'm an Apple fan and I like rugby. I mainly like Technic, Architecture and Harry Potter, however I don't have many sets :( So… yeah. Hi!
