  3. Here is my modular pub, Design is based on the ship anson pub in portsmouth. The roof does overhang a little so works best when placed next to shorter buildings such as the detective office, however if the outer edge of the roof is removed then it can be placed next to taller buildings. I was going to think of an original name for the pub, but if the grand emporium can be called "shop" and the pet shop called "pets" then i think a pub named "pub" works for me.
