Mitgardia Guild: Homepage, Sign-up and Discussion
Stephen C. replied to Sirens-of-Titan's topic in Guilds of Historica
Hey all! I am new to this whole thing, and I wanted to get in on this Guild action! It might be late for new members, but I hope I can become an accepted part of your community. Staffen, an engraver and silversmith by trade, owns an opperates a small shop on the outskirts of Valholl. He stays busy because his reputation as an engraver has spread throughout the whole of Mitgardia. Recently, however, he has taken a break from his usual work because he has been contracted by the Mitgardian government to coin vast amounts of money. Staffen and Stybbe, his Dwarven apprentice, are loyal Mitgardians, setting aside work to fight for their land if needed. Thanks! Please let me know what I can do to help out in the Guild! Stephen -
Hey guys! I'm fighting a lack of pieces in my collection, so I am stuck doing vignettes. Hope you like this one! FYI, the whiskey bottle is a Playmobil piece. Resting for the night and sharing a bottle of whiskey, Jake Raines learns a thing or two from aged Johnny's old stories.

Hey everyone! Here is a recent creation. I got the inspiration from all of those old fairytales I loved as a child. Please criticize, but don't be too harsh.
-
Nice! The vignette shows a lot of character.
-
Very cool! This is the kind of MOC I like: small with a lot of character.
-
I love the improvement on LEGO's design. Great job!
-
I like it a lot. His height is perfect.

I like it! The fish cooking downstairs is a nice touch.

ED-209 is correct. It came with a Harry Potter set.

Hey guys I really wanted to do an MOC in the Historic forum, but due to my lack of pieces it turned into a vignette. I am still new to this whole thing so be critical but not to harsh. Thanks! Stephen

Cloud Cars were not limited to Bespin. In fact, some were produced on other worlds. It might be uncommon to see one on Coruscant, but it is definitely not impossible. I guess the idea of a Temple Guard giving out parking tickets is kind of silly, but the CSF really doesn't have jurisdiction on the grounds of the Temple.

Hey guys this is one of my first MOCs so be critical but not too harsh. For those of you that are wondering, the plate is from a Rokenbok set. A member of the Jedi Temple Guard issues a ticket for an expired parking meter. The Temple Guard speeder. Thanks! Stephen Ah Sorry. Spelling error in the title.

Nice! I am a huge fan of the simple stuff.

Oh man that is great! I like it a lot; great job.
-
I like it! Is there an actual cargo space inside?

I am glad you noticed that I have a hard time finding certain pieces. This is mainly due to the fact that I don't take sets apart after I build them.
-
O.K. I revised it a little. How does this look? I know I should imbed the picture using something else but I havn't taken the time to make a brickshelf account.

Hey guys this is my first posting of a freebuild. I know it isn't very good, but I wanted to get the hang of posting and whatnot. Cunstructive criticism would be great, but try not to be to hard on me. "On the sulfur enriched sands of Luam, a young Padawan receives tips on suspect apprehension from local law enforcement." Thanks! Steve

Yeah I have seen the Pharaoh's Quest sets and I can wait to get some! Do you know if LEGO is planning on creating something similar to the other Adventurer subthemes like Mt. Everest or India? To tell you the truth, I don't know where I want to go to college. I want to be an astrophysicist, so somewhere out west would be nice. But then of course you have to deal with out-of-state tuition.

Wow! What part of North Carolina are you from? Star Wars is definitely my favorite theme, but Adventurers is a close second. I have collected many sets from both, but have only recently started building MOC's. I will be sure to post some of my better ones shortly.

Hey! I am new as well. Love the Star Wars reference in the screenname.

Hey Guys! My name is Stephen and I am a high schooler in Gastonia, NC. I have been captivated by LEGOS from an early age but am new to this whole forum thing. I was hoping that some of you could introduce yourselves. Thanks! Steve
