  1. I second this Obviously it's just been announced, we don't know what villains or other heroes to expect, but it'd be a great way to give us new designs, and hopefully bring back some characters absent for the past couple years (Scarecrow, Bane, Killer Croc, Kite Man, Polka Dot Man...)
  2. I'd really love to hear what heads people use for their Peter Parkers. I've been using the 2011 Neville Longbottom head since the theme started
  3. It's a fictional character in a fictional universe, doesn't need to be believable I've purchased the Ginny Weasley from the newest Burrows set, I intend to use the torso for Gwen. There aren't many green casual clothed female torsos that are also flesh skinned (or show no skin), and it's not the closest green to her green jacket, but it's simple enough IMO. I was intending to just use plain purple legs, but Daphne is actually a really good idea I also bought the Big Time suit, only cared the slightest about the Spider Lair for the figures, and now Goblin's in the Bugle, need to buy BT and the Homemade suit
  4. He's actually a spider. He was just bitten by a radioactive pig... Again what's not to love?
  5. From Lizard's page on Marvel Wiki; The Original Clone Saga When Peter Parker was not sure if he was the original Peter Parker or just the clone with the memories of the original, he went to Doc Connors to perform a test. However when the results arrived he tore them up not wanting to know the results.
  6. She too probably wouldn't need any new prints. We've learned from Shang Chi that any Asian oriented character can use any generic head
  7. Really hoping that means I'm right then. The first Electro (despite being based on Ultimate Spider Man) was also released the year of TASM2 and Rhino came out the year after. With this information I'm surprised Carnage is a go to, he hasn't appeared in film (as of the time of this message), not is he prominent in any current Spider Man cartoons. This could also explain Shocker, WE all know who Shocker is, but kids probably wouldn't correlate that he was the guy in Homecoming, whereas Vulture was more recognisable After some time of reflection, I wish they had included Jean DeWolff in the set. With all the City police sets released she wouldn't need any new prints, and is a classic Spidey character. Her inclusion could have given us some Sin Eater Easter eggs too
  8. Just had a little thought about one of the characters we all wanted... Mysterio had never appeared in a set until he appeared in Far From Home, which was swiftly followed by his comic counterpart. And we all know that in some capacity Electro will be in No Way Home, and will likely be in the sets. So maybe after the film, when Electro's popularity is boosted, we'll see him pop up in some comic book sets
  9. Actually turns out it's Phastos from Eternals, which is why I couldn't find it. So technically it is new as those sets aren't out yet
  10. Does anyone know where Ron Barney's head is from, or is it new? Couldn't see it on Bricklink, and it seems weird out of everyone Ron Barney would get a new face printing. Not even Peter Parker gets a new face print
  11. Blade's after Venom, he's basically a space vampire, and Punisher's probably after Cletus Kassidy
  12. Thought he was Robbie at first, then I saw Robbie and got confused. Surely there were some other minor side characters they could use instead of Z-list Ron Barney and Amber Grant
  13. Wasn't expecting anything exotic for the civilians, disappointed that Peter still uses that damn head. Robbie feels a little underwhelming (though I am thankful for his inclusion), but Betty is just spot on! Blade's face... Does it bother anyone else? Of course I'm ecstatic we're getting new heroes, but it looks really weird. Love how even on the stickered pieces, Curt Connors reuses the same head as Peter. Not even the Easter eggs get a break. Miles Warren is just Commissioner Gordon's head with grey hair instead of brown too, which should be used for an older Gordon. Would love to see a new Scarlet Spider with sand blue instead of normal blue The next wave of Spider Man sets will certainly decide the fate of the future of these sets. LEGO have now officially acknowledged classic Electro, Morbius, Lizard, Rhino, Kingpin and Jackal so if we get another wave of Goblin, Doc Ock, Venom and Carnage, I think we really need to boycott
  14. I'll take half a point for guessing a No More Easter egg, was hoping for a build, but it's an easy MOC
  15. No way it's Ghost Rider. Wouldn't make sense without his car/bike
  16. So if these last leaks are legit (and I don't doubt they are) Miles, Robbie, Ben Urich and Bernie the cab driver are 4/6 of our missing figures. Just 1 more hero and 1 more civilian to go now
  17. Took us 3 years for the Daredevil Easter egg to pay off, so I really hope Curt Connors leads to something
  18. Seems plausible this is actually a Daily Planet set, Spider Man was mistaken for Superman and JJJ for Perry White
  19. Unless maybe they use the studs with the holes, which would strengthen connection between each piece
  20. And I'm all for that, even if it's a civilian, just wish it was someone that we all didn't have to look up to know who the actual hell she is
  21. Okay... So we can't get the ultimate chad Robbie Robertson, but we get AMBER £&#@ING GRANT? Cmon LEGO, do you even read comics bro?
  22. So just to summarise, our figure selection; Spider Man Spider Gwen Daredevil Punisher Blade Firestar Green Goblin Doc Ock Mysterio Sandman Venom Carnage Black Cat J Jonah Jameson Peter Parker Betty Brant Aunt May Gwen Stacy Amber Grant (still trying to comprehend this) TBC hero (predicting Miles) TBC hero TBC civilian (predicting Robbie) TBC civilian (predicting Ben Urich) TBC civilian TBC civilian
  23. Probably not, but who needs them when I have LEGO™ Daredevil
