Anyone know where this LEGO figure is from? Found it in a random box.

Hello from Scotland. New member here :-) Recently liberated some LEGO sets from my mother's house at last. Now in my attic. I'm really here for some sales advice. I have Black Sea Barracuda, Carribean Cruiser, TECHNIC Truck 8868 and the space monorail set 6990. I'm just wondering what these sets would reasonably go for. They are all complete.
