lego trains rule

Well what would you guys recomend,older rcx or new nxt? What kind of sensor would be the best for sticking between the tracks and registering when there is a train ? You guys are great at finding pictures and info,thanks! *y*

I agree that we need to have a u.s. event but it dosent take 6 hours to get across the country unless your on a plane...if you go on amtrak it more like,ehhh whenever |-/

He could try bl but now I really want to force him to go to small toy stores to see what he can find... ;-) Yes thoose are the ones but the is some weird thing that he cant order from lego because he lives on an army base and they cant get large shipment through a.p.o. boxes or somthing like that *wacko*

I think you'd be fine doing what ever as long as it looks cityish (cool word) just look at the earlier posts as it says there would probably be little intrest in my set |-/ ,but I really have no idea so sorry if I'm wrong you can't always trust the internet... X-O

The person above me is counting down the days untill the new sets come out even though he hasen't seen pictures yet and he needs to go to bricklink to get some magnets ;-)

*wub* I love those railcars,great design and those loads are too funny! They should help with your over population of locomotives you have,though you can never really have too many :-D

7905 was too,you can still get it but for $20 more then original and only on or at lego *n*

Its ok,I dont have any money anyway :-X ,legos and drumming are expensive hobbies. Thaks but I'll wait till the cristmas sales...untill then,its time to moc.

What about a barber shop that is modular and has a second story to acomadate the barber and his wife,hmm so many ideas...so little time X-O

*n* me too,I miss being able to treat myself to an affordable set. there are so many possibitites,trains are one of the most heavily used mode of transportation. We need a pettition to end the sucky rc line and start 9v agian.

Hey,that's one I put in.I'm so proud :'-) I might do this,with schoolstarting agian I might need somthing else to get my mind of it and band :-| One question though,if there was a 'set' someone mentioned with multiple items in the set could I build one item from the set?

OK Thanks for telling me what you know,it is helpful the super cheif is one he's looking for as well as either of the cars to go along with them,the bnsf engine and the engine shed. Any 9v train would be nice for him really.

What about a school sub-theme gym schoolrooms cafeteria-lunch is my favorite subject *y* football field (not soccer,actual foot ball with yard lines and tackiling) and a marching band with brick built snares,basses,and tenors for the drumline and possibly a 'pit' or 'frontline ensamble' with brick built key boards and auxillary perrcussion. 8-

My friend lives in Germany though Im not really sure where (some friend I am) and Im in the u.s. .He is possibly going to Ravensburg by way of train soon and I was wondering if the were any stores there selling lego trains. If you could help it would be greatly appriciated *y* .

sounds like your gonna be busy. I wish I would have gotten more santa fe cars to mod,your dome looks nice.I'd like to build a whole city but that will have to wait till I have my own house.The bad thing is Im a freshman in highschool...too long of a wait :-/
