What other rules do you think there needs to be to make it complete? I'm open to criticism, and I think the bigger the list the better. P.S. I've decided that, in order to make it a little simpler, I'll only be noting the voice actor in the show/movie's language of origin.

After curiously reading through this list, I've decided to start the arduous task of creating a list of the voice actors for characters. I've been really loose with the definition of 'character', going as far as including the Ben10 CCBS figures. At this stage I'll probably omit the Chima and Ninjago shows, as they came after the figures. For things like The Simpsons, I've just been crediting the most noted voice. Eg. Harry Shearer was credited as voicing Scratchy the most amount of times, so he gets the fig. As for different shows though? I guess I'll leave them for now, its just too vauge...
