Has there Ever Been a Stan Lee minifig ?...because
micksandals replied to r5-j2's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm sure plenty of kids have played the LEGO Marvel games and would recognise him from that. The issue is more than they wouldn't buy a LEGO set to get a Stan Lee figure. That said, there's no reason they can't put him in a set instead of a generic "innocent bystander". -

This week's arrivals: impressed with the quality of them up close. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1OpMooGZL-7C0mvLvhTWhJnQ1yq-p5xV_mw/view?usp=sharing: Not pictured is the classic Catwoman fig which was horrible. -

I'm in the UK too. Whereabouts are you, on the off chance you're close enough that I could collect them? -

I have a request: Me and my fiancee are planning our wedding, and despite both being geeks we're trying to reign in the LEGO/Marvel/Harry Potter/Disney/Star Wars theming. The one LEGO touch we have agreed on is having our guests build themself a minifigure as a wedding favour. We're going to provide each table with a selection of legs, torsos, heads, hair/hats and accessories. We're also going to give them a base for their minifigure, with the occasion and the date on it. As such, I have a couple of asks: 1. Can anyone recommend a good, cheap sets of figures or parts? The problem I'm finding with the bootleg superheroes is that they tend to have angry expressions which (hopefully) would be out of place for the wedding. Particularly need some variety in hair (especially female). Yellow or fleshy works. 2. If any of you have any spare minifigure bases that you don't want/need, I'd really appreciate it. I'm doing my best to amass enough of them (by purchasing lots of bootleg minifigures) but we need quite a lot to cover all of the guests and allow for some spares. Happy to cover the cost of postage. I'm looking for these kind - unfortunately a lot of mine have logos on. Thanks -

I've not had many bad buying experiences. I received a Rhino bigfig that was missing a piece to connect the arm to the torso, and (from a different seller) a Red Hulk that had two left arms. Both agreed to send a replacement fig. The Red Hulk arrived OK, but the other seller sent me a random set of DC figures for some reason. -

I've had my eBay listing taken down for IP infringement yet again, despite there being countless other listings for the same figs. Frustrating as they're clearly listed as "not Lego brand". Does anyone here know where else I could sell them? Not looking to rake in a profit at this point, I could just do with getting rid of them. I've got a few sets of the Pogo Mystique, Xinh She-Hulk and Xinh 211-218 set (Spiderwoman, SpiderGwen, Green Goblin, Doc Ock, Iron Spider, 2099 and Kaine/Scarlet Spider) all still in their sealed bags. I've also got some DC figures ("used" but in good condition) to sell. (If I'm breaking the rules with this post then please give me a slap and delete it.) -

I know there's been talk on here before about how people display their collection. I've opted for the frames-on-a-wall approach, and so I've been thinking about what superhero/supervillain groups I can represent with the figures I have. So far I have: The Avengers (Cap, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk) New Avengers (Witch, Vision, War Machine, Falcon) Civil War recruits (Spidey, Ant Man, Winter Soldier, Panther) - not really a team, I grant you Shield (Fury, Maria Hill, Widow, Hawkeye) Fantastic Four Guardians of the Galaxy (Star Lord, Drax, Gamora, Rocket - brick-built Groot sits on top of the frame) X-Men (haven't worked out how many frames I need for this lot, how to group them or which figures to use) Netflix Defenders (Daredevil, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, Jessica Jones) Thunderbolts (Punisher, Deadpool, Agent Venom, Elektra) I have a larger frame to house the villains, but two frames for specific teams: Brotherhood of Mutants (Magneto, Mystique, Sabertooth, Quicksilver) Masters of (Zemo, Ultron, Whiplash, Absorbing Man) The last two are perhaps not as obviously recognisable as teams, but u like having a couple of supervillain groups and I can't think of any others. Can't fit the Sinister Six into one frame. Any suggestions/thoughts? -

Just stumbled across this dashing fellow. I'm desperately trying to think of an excuse to buy it - any suggestions as to a superhero-themed use for the parts? http://www.aliexpres...2676252048.html I've also got a Blackbeard head and I'm not sure what to do with it. Suggestions? http://www.brickowl....fety-stud-97396 That's not bad, any idea if it's double-sided? -

I've got a few female figures recently where I'm not a fan of the face. Can anyone recommend any figures with particularly good female faces? Preferably single sale on AE, but if there are any I can find on Bricklink for a reasonable price I'll put in an order. I want to swap out Rogue, Emma Frost and Kitty Pryde from my X-Men set, Wasp (just swapped out the hair for the Irina Spalko black bob), and a couple of not-quite-purist customs (Enchantress and Jessica Jones). Most of the faces I've got are lacking any character. -

Has anyone found a single sale Draco? -
Any suggestions for what to do with the Mandarin torso (the robeless version)? It's wasted under his beard but I can't think another character it would suit. I'm a Marvel guy, but other suggestions (including non-superhero) are welcome.

Are there any bootleg minifigs with this hairpiece? I'm looking to make an Enchantress figure and I think that hair would work better than the standard blonde LEGO female hairpiece. -

Is the DLP Spidey available separately? My Xinh "Civil War" Spiderman figure arrived. It's horrendous. -

What a time to be alive! The single sale (at 57p each) is cheaper than buying the set of 8. -

Thanks, my temptation to order them has thankfully passed. I have to say though, I do like some of the bases the figures come with. More interesting than a black rectangle, anyway. I guess so, I hadn't seen this brand before. They have a Civil War set too -

I'm strangely intrigued by this set. It comes with two different but equally weird-looking Hulkbuster figures a Thor who looks more like Noel Edmonds than Chris Hemsworth, and a minifigure Hulk with a six-pack accessory. If anyone out there has money to burn, please order a set and post some photos. -

That Alfred might make a decent Stan Lee. Does anyone know of a decent Stan Lee-style hairpiece, along these lines?
