Hi all, As you might have guessed, I'm also new on the forum. I live in Belgium (Antwerp) and am mostly into the new modular buildings (just ordered Green Grocer before it goes out of stock...). So I'm mainly here to pick up ideas on how to start building my very own modular buildings. I do have some technic sets and a couple of Star Wars collector's sets from a couple of years ago as well, but I really love the modular buildings. JoCam.

Much appreciated ! @prateek: I'd love to see the LXF file for that house if possible. Or any other modular building that you'd like to share for that matter I'm only just starting with these (fantastic) modular buildings and I'd like to get some ideas before having a go at desiging one of my own. To anyone else reading this topic: LXF files for modular houses/hospitals/pubs/...: very much appreciated !
