  1. Hello Guys, just registered to tanks all of you. Today (1y and a lot after the previous post) I searched the internet for the Dead Brick Syndrome... my son flashed the firmware of a NXT and got a tick tick dead brick! Ok, the "change the computer" is a good advise, but isn't it self a logical answer (apparently)... let's find what is the drawback. So please read the following post: http://www.reddit.com/r/FTC/comments/1vvwq9/for_those_who_have_or_have_had_a_clicking_nxt/ to get all the logic behind this operation. In few words (for those who don't want to follow the link and read more...): - On your PC (the one and only) when you connect a dead NXT a device "Bossa Program Port " appear. - Remove the Bossa Program Port drivers (disabling internet and/or win update driver search) and than reconnect your NXT. - You should see a correct Lego NXT device and you can finally flash the firmware again... Regards and thank thanks again! DBT
