Kopaka has them too, however I doubt (yet I hope) that Akida has them. Wouldnt bother me anyway, I rather put the extra ammo on the normal ammo and make larger ammo. Ok ok what I'm trying to say is that I put the studs together and make them bigger therefore harder to lose and more powerful when shot.

This are some interesting points, but I feel we are getting off topic. Anyway as for the 2016 uniters I feel that both Melum and Terak are useless when in unity mode. They are literally just helmet and shoulderpads. I feel like Gali's unity mode is the best when in combat along with Pohatu's. Lewas and Tahus mode is the best in strategy and agility. But Onuas and Kopakas are just eh..the best in defense...? Shoulder defense? EDIT: Don't get me wrong I like Terak (Melum is still meh) by itself, but the unity seems like and uneeded upgrade.

Oh well, I mean I like the minifig packs too and I'm sure more people would rather have them instead of mask packs. Regardless of that, I would rather buy the masks since personally I don't have any use for the minifigs in those packs. But there is no rule that states we can't have.... ~both~

Haah thanks for all the feedback, I'm currently working on Onua and the other big ones. And as for the silver masks argument, the situation really shows how much we need mask pacs. Mask pacs > minigifure pacs IMO

Hmm that does sound quite interesting. And moving on, I'm kindof disappointed that ikir has those exposed ball joints on him, and still wished he had trans eyes, not those golden balls trying to be eyes. And I'm quite concerned of how the combos for the lower priced toa are going to look whith their creature helmets. (Please make their masks silver please make the masks silver) I mean, they didn't way they were gold masks...they said masks of unity haha.

Personally I like is better, it looks more complex(?) than one of those tiny turbine pieces.

I recall being able to unlcok a toa protector combo in the game, it was rather easy to replicate. As for your second point, I think its a possibility, I mean they might show the back of the box which is likely to show the combo.

I would honestly be sad after BIONICLE comes to an end (again) but like lambda said...it has been great. The sets that we have gotten (at least for me) made me feel like a kid again. All I can do is thank LEGO for bringing back my childhood to life. Anyway back on topic, I feel that the toa should stay the same, while I would still like to see new set versions of say jaller takua or whatnot, it feels that this team must accomplish THEIR destiny. So far this year has been duty, next is ovbiously unity, and the toa must accomplish their destiny. But honestly, I think the sotry can still be expanded sfter this three years, just look at the metru storyline.

I think most people don't like him cause he looks like a normal toa and less bulky as his 2015 version. But honestly its hard to know why cause *people in 2015* "oh no onua looks like a gorilla, darn it lego!" *people in 2016* "oh no, onua doesn't look like a gorilla anymore, darn it lego!" But anyway, while not my first purchase, he is definately an awesome toa (that hammer gun is amazing)

The racers sets actually have the short legs? Thats an almost definete pass for me. The torso and head might be what makes me buy most of them, and the actual cars or vehicles don't sound half bad. But ugh....short legs.

- Tahu, Toa of Gold! Too much gold. And silver hairs don't looks too good on it. I fully agree he has a lot of gold, but it works fine for me, however those silver hairs are really....distracting to say the least. - Onua, ribcages as armor is rather not good thing to protect. Gold torso makes other colors looks less important. Hammer is a little too big. Feet are too mechanical for him. Well the ribcages are trully awesome pieces and even more so in that pptrans purple color, the hammer while big is amazing as far as functions go. And while the feet may look odd, i don't have an issue with them looking mechanical, after all, people wanted more technical looking textures. - Umarak, very, very, bad set. LoSS was better then that (and I don't like LoSS). So bad legs, without armor and with big holes. Strange bow (that don't look like Warrior bow, no). So many colors, really? for hunter that should be invisible? And that big strange horns. And the worst set must have the best mask, smart move Lego. Now, the legs while gappy have a very G1 look, and objectively, loss had very VERY little posability and an underwhelming function. Umarak has a lot mor articulation and from what we have seen a better function. As for the colors, he seems to be using a camo look, the red, green and brown would fit perfectly on a jungle environment. - Pohatu have only mask in his brown color? Well, I don't thought that he can be worse but I see I was wrong xD He does have as mentioned by others his gold mask, however, I feel the real issue I have with him is his trans colors. I was skeptical of the trans neon green at first with the 2015 pohatu, but it grew into me, even thought i prefered trans yellow. Now that they included trans yellow I thought he would look great, but the combination of both colors is very distracting to me. - Lewa is not bad, but have little too much silver armor, if he had green feet, he would be better. I dont mind his color scheme at all, the silver is very well distributed. Although I will miss the keetorange... - Gali is also not bad, but wot is that orange piece on shoulder? It looks like that one trans-orange piece on arm of Skull Slicer. Im pretty sure its a nod to G1, as most Ga-matoran (or any creature with the Ga on its name) had an orange accent as eyestock or markings. And while it seems to stick out a lot, the marking on her chest balances it a little. Not to mention someone said she might have more orange attachments on the other end of her staff. - That beasts masks looks like "dull handicapped rhino", somehow I think Protectors were better then that beasts, While I am not fond of them all having the same heads, they feel more unique to the protectors (the protector all shared the same mask anyway) and definately have a better combiner function to them than the protectors offered (looking at you korgot) and from what we have seen, all of them have a special mechanisim. For example uxar has a flapping motion while terak (might) have a gear function like Ekimu.

From what I have seen I have to say Lewa is my favorite as far as looks go. His mask is probably my favorite and his texture is just greta looking for me. I am not all that bothered by the gold on tahu, but the silver on his mask throws me off. Onua is probablymy second favorite as most have pointed out (BIG EPIC WEAPON). Kopaka no need tosay is amazing! However if you look close to hisvox you can see his standsrd mask which looks a lot like his nuva version, buuuuuut the eye piece is way too close to the mouth. Gali looks really good in my opinion, don't have a lot of issues with her mask or color scheme,but her weapon is probably the worst one out of all. Pohatu is probably my least favorite, not because of his weapon or build or even mask, the trans yellow and the trans bright green bothers me A LOT. It kinda hurts my eyes (im gonna get him nonetheless) an as far as the creatures go, I really like most of them. My only problem with them would be the faces. I kinda expected a unique faceto each one but oh well it's not that bad. As for melum, I think it's myleast favorite creature, it is way too similar to the earth one.

Guys, I managed to get some screenshots and leaked images of the 2016 sets. I won't post them here, but if you guys want the link ask me. However I will give a brief description of what I saw. First off Umrak (?) the hunter. He has a very complex build, using sistem, CCBS, and technic pieces. He has some big antlers and a bow similar to skull warriors, only difference being that its a lot bigger. His color scheme is also VERY odd, using brown, black, trans green, and splashes of red. It's also worth noting his overall build is like Kulta+Ekimu+scorpio combiner. Gali uniter of water: I cannot tell if she has a special torso different from all the others, her mask althought blurry looks like its trans azure. She as well as the other toa have a new mold for the chest. Her main weapon looks like a spear and it appears it has some sort of rhotuka spinner function, although it could just be a proppeler for the looks. Her mask looks fairly similar to the one we have for the moment, just a bit rounder. Lewa uniter of air: Lewa does not have the keetorange anymore, he now uses bits of silver and translucent green. His mask in my opnion looks fantastic, looking similar to the most recent one but with a bit of his nuva mask inspiration with a sleek look. His weapons look cool, but are oddly held by him, they are silver spears with a tiny ammount of trans bright green, but are held like kopakas shield from 2015. Its worth noting they all come with a new golden mask. Pohatu uniter of stone: not much can be said from him other than his mask look. It looks fairly similar to the one he currently has in the webisodes, but slightly rounder, he does posses a bit of trans neon green. I will post the link here if it doesnt cause any toruble, since it still has the confidential stamp. If its not an issue I will gladly provide you with pics. EDIT: Both toa and The hunter use old bionicle pieces, the easiest one to spot is the vizorak leg piece used in one of the hunters leg connections.

Personally, I would not mind takanuva being a female character, however I feel that if they decided to make a G2 takanuva just a random toa without the story of takua would feel pretty boring since it would be basically using the characters name without being anything like it. Now, some argued that if they went the whole takua routte, old fans would instantly know it's him (her if lego did change gender for the sake of it) but I feel like takanuva (IF even is introdcued to G2) should have a story as interesting as G1 to balance the change.

It was a decent episode, and the gali face was just great! But I have to kinda agree with DuplexBeGreat. Gali hasn't really been doing much, and yes I know it is a narrator telling the story but it still bothers me she doesn't have the female voice, most kids that don't go to her specific bio in the site confuse her as a guy. It would help if they reffered to gali as "she needs help! Or her mask was stolen!" Or something. I still like what she has done in the new series, as little as it may be, she is still my favorite of the bunch.
