Are you guys still around? A lot has happened since February. I found this weird minifigure at a thrift store mixed in with random Lego and Mega Bloks parts, and I was wondering if anybody recognizes the figure style, and could tell me who made it. It looks like an older fig to me, and it has no identifying marks that I can see. The hair seems to be permanently attached to the head, and as you can see in the photo it has a rather unique leg assembly, which I'm hoping somebody will recognize. Nevermind, I asked this on another site too, and got an answer. It's an older style Best Lock fig.

Alright, we can cross one more fig off from the list of things Dargo failed to deliver. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but by my count all that's left is a comic Ray Palmer Atom (Pogo's Atom is the Ryan Choi version), a proper X-Men Origins Deadpool, and a Deadshot variant from one of the Arkham games(which really isn't that important).

Have you guys seen these Biochemical Policeman figs made by Cayi? They seem to be a mashup of different zombie/monster franchises. They use a KY- numbering system which suggests that they could be related to Kazi, but according to DTBlocks the company is owned by Xinh. Not sure where he gets his info from, but the quality is more or less what you would expect, if that is the case. Bill looks a lot like Abraham from The Walking Dead. LiaoRan seems like a chinese version of Morgan, also from The Walking Dead. Falcon's clothes are reminiscent of Negan, and his face is different in this pic, but he actually wears an eye-patch like the Governor. You don't see it so well in this pic, because his design is flipped, but Hercules King has tattoos on his chest and arm, that are reminiscent of The Rock, so I suspect he takes inspiration from The Scorpion King. Su kinda reminds me of Alice from the Resident Evil films, especially the version seen in this poster from Resident Evil Extinction: Tyrant's design was apparently taken from the Nemesis monster from the Resident Evil video games. Iron is the only other monster here that doesn't give off a generic zombie vibe, so I'm sure they most have grabbed him from either Resident Evil, or some other franchise. Looking at their sets I see at least 4 characters that aren't available in the minifig wave. Their this woman with red hair and blue shirt, who is seen here piloting this Alien-esque walker mech. Then their is this shirtless guy wit the leather straps around his chest, and some green monster type thing. And, lastly there is this Medusa-like character. And, just I'm gonna give this Dragon thing a special mention, because it looks kinda cool. What do you guys think? Anyone recognize any other characters?

Did Aliexpress change their dispute process? It used to be that when ever I opened a dispute, I would hear from the seller right away, and most of the time they would say that they would fix it, and practically beg me to cancel the dispute, and if the seller didn't respond then Aliexpress would step in a few days later. But with my last 2 or 3 disputes, I've had Aliexpress step in right away, and I never heard anything from the seller.

Yeah, the figs are out. I've only got the first wave so far, but the second wave is supposed to be in the mail. The molds are good, but there may be some printing issues here and there. I would recommend checking out the reviews on this site: https://downtheblocks.blogspot.com/search/label/Masters of the Universe Here's the first wave: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/8pcs-lot-PG8089-Zodak-Rattlor-HE-Man-MASTERS-Ram-Man-PAKER-Ske-Letor-Sorceress-TRI-KLOPS/32842004253.html?ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_5_10152_10151_10065_10344_10130_10068_10324_10342_10547_10325_10546_10343_10340_10548_10341_10545_10084_10083_10613_10615_10307_10614_10059_10314_10534_100031_10604_10103_10142,searchweb201603_6,ppcSwitch_5&algo_expid=f1ff18b6-5198-46ac-bde7-067cdba4dd54-2&algo_pvid=f1ff18b6-5198-46ac-bde7-067cdba4dd54&transAbTest=ae803_5&priceBeautifyAB=0 and here's the second wave: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/8pcs-lot-PG8094-Super-Heroes-HE-Man-MASTERS-Evil-Lyn-Whipcash-Trap-Jaw-Manaface-Beastman-Building/32847573238.html?ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_5_10152_10151_10065_10344_10130_10068_10324_10342_10547_10325_10546_10343_10340_10548_10341_10545_10084_10083_10613_10615_10307_10614_10059_10314_10534_100031_10604_10103_10142,searchweb201603_25,ppcSwitch_5&algo_expid=4b02e720-5852-4278-a999-c910c2ca1eb1-12&algo_pvid=4b02e720-5852-4278-a999-c910c2ca1eb1&transAbTest=ae803_5&priceBeautifyAB=0 You might be able to get a better deal from a different seller, idk I just grabbed on of the first links that came up. Just use the product codes to search for stuff.

Can't think of any DC/Marvel ones, and all I can find with a quick Google search is Coil Man from Hanna Barbera's The impossibles. I suppose you could use it with stretchy guys like Plastic Man or Mr. Fantastic though. I'm sure SY will give us at least one springy superhero themed set, but I'm just wondering how well the springs stick to the parts.

I have no idea what is going on here...

Finally a Mad Hatter! Looks like it's based off the Batman The Animated Series version. Not sure why they would go with that instead of the Lego Batman Game version. Does China even know about the Lego Batman Game? I've seen plenty of stuff based on the Marvel games, but only about a handful of stuff from the Batman games. Before anybody says anything the design on this Drax looks a little bit different from the official versions, but I'll cut him out of the mods don't like it. That old SY exclusive bigfig is finally getting a single release.

More X-Men Have you guys seen all these Godzillas yet? Also, Voltron, and Kamen Riders.
-
More non DC/Marvel heroes! Lady Death from Chaos Comics Justice Lord Batman(from the Justice League animated series), classic Storm, new Joker variant, and last but not least The Mask.
-
Yeah but it's not quite the same though. Justice League Action is aimed primarily towards kids, while JLU was aimed more towards teens and young adults who grew up watching the previous shows in the DC Animated Universe. The JLU toy line was also far more expansive, and even continued several years after the show's cancellation. A few of those characters that were released in that line, have never been released anywhere else, and they even released a few characters that were never even on the show. Mattel realized that a major portion of their audience was adult collectors, and they decided to make the best of it. I think this is somewhat similar to what companies like Pogo and Xinh have been doing lately.
-
Just imagine the type of stuff we might have seen if the bootleggers were doing this when the JLU cartoon was still on the air.
-
X-23 from Pogo
-
John Constantine from World Minifigures, product code is WM205. Glad to see DC is starting to get more attention from bootleggers.
-
That Charlie Chaplin fig likely comes from Pogo, I've seen it requested on their Baidu forum a few times.
