They're reliable and trustworthy. I've bought quite a number of things from them. Can't say I've had to return things or deal with customer service, as everything I've ordered has been correct. It does take a little while longer to ship b/c it can get delayed in customs. If your curious, I've bought from MinifigCat, BrickWarriors, BrickForge, AreaLight, CloneArmyCustoms, BrickArms ... 3rd party retailers that carry these brands ... Amazing Armory on BrickLink. I've also found some stuff on Shapeways, but never used them before.
