Good places to purchase LEGO Technic sets

LEGO Shop at Home is a good place to purchase LEGO, but the store lacks some of the sets (e.g. LEGO Mobile Crane) that are available in Europe, Asia, and Australia. I live in Toronto, Ontario. Please let me know of good LEGO stores in the area. -

Where did you purchase the truck? Does Europe get it first? -
Does anyone know of good places where I can purchase LEGO Technic sets? I am looking for preferably online stores that are strong carriers of the Technic line. I live in Canada so I do not have access to the LEGO stores that are in the US or Europe.
