Agreed. Regarding the possibility of the sleepyhead hair being Dash from Incredibles, I thought that too at first, then I had a look at Dash from the movie. His hair is slicked back and light blonde. Also, with Syndrome and Mr. Incredible already confirmed he wouldn't make much sense.
