I've had the 3177 car for a few months, and am definitely going to turn it into an eco-car, and I'll probably end up making a little fleet of them, thanks to you!
Back when I was a child I can remember there being a promotion run by Ready Brek, where you saved X amount of tokens (and possibly had to pay p&p) and in return got various Lego sets, the only one I can remember I got was a small pirate set with a yellow base. I've tried to find out about with no luck, does anyone have any information on this, or know any of the sets that were available?
I must say that your city is just incredible, there are dozens and dozens of touches you've added, vehicles you've made or designs you've come up with that I could comment on, but I'd end up adding pages and pages to your thread!
Tell me about these?
I've had a good search round and can't find anything. I'm pretty sure the rod I saw the mini figure holding was one of the new shape ones for the fisherman from series 3. The only way I'm going to be able to find out is make another trip back to the LDC ASAP!
When I recently visited the Legoland Discovery Centre in Manchester, I saw a fisherman/angler mini figure, now I can't remember whether it was around the attraction itself (most probably the mini land) or whether it was in the shop.
Aside from the one that's in the upcoming mini figure series 3, have there been any before?
Thanks guys, you were both super helpful!
I'm registered on there now, and am gonna sort myself '2 x 2 with Pin Bottom' in normal Tan, so they match the base, rather than the Dark Tan ones which come with Loot Island.
As above, I'm looking for the part number for the island base from Loot Island 6241, if anyone can help?
Or by any chance is there anyone breaking this set, or after the set but not the base?
I saw one of these sets on eBay a while back, and then saw them again in the Lego Discovery Centre in Manchester.
You get 4 or 5 minifigures in a little presentation window box, and under each figure it lists the year that design was originally produced.
Does anyone know the name(s) of the set(s) or the product codes?
Hello,
I'm Lewis, I'm from the UK. I've been into Lego since I was a child (I'm 19 now), I've been meaning to find a Lego forum for a while, and took the leap, and registered for a Eurobricks account :)
