Based on what I have been reading on the Chinese forums, the arkham knight/flash xinh set have "ironed on" prints instead of digital prints or whatever the standard is, not sure if this make any sense

Yeah it's probably pre-order. Pogo use the Chinese eBay site I posted earlier as their main method of sale. I have seen a lot of bootleg stuff shown on Chinese forums that are yet to be released being up for sale on aliexpress, which is why I never order from aliexpress unless I see it on taobao(the Chinese eBay site)

Don't do it, itoys figs are horrible, none of them have back prints and that's not the worst part

It won't be till November but the official POGO shop hasn't even listed strange yet so I doubt it'll be anytime soon

Pogo prides itself on custom capes and dual molds so I think this is kind of a norm for them?
