Some very nice techniques there Tomcat RIO, especialy in the engines. It's not very accurate but is definitely recognisable as the Super Star Destroyer. You may need to move the parts for the bridge closer together as they are a bit to wide at this scale.
-
Yes it is one of the planets set. Just below the first list is the second list (mini planet sets) and it's listed in full.

Very nice display StoutFiles it really does feel like Endor. I had a thought about trying the same thin but only using TLG sets (7127, 7128, 7139, 7657, 7956, and 8038) and some green bases. I think I prefer this to your Hoth one, it feels more like a display whereas Hoth feels more like a diorama.

I try for the newest figs in my sig. With the exception of Obi and Ani all the CW figs are the newest figs available. If an new ROTS Obi, Ani, Mace, Yoda, or Kai come out I will replace those CW figs as fast as possible. Edit: Qui-Gon is the second to newest version as I hate the new one (who looks nothing like him).

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here

All the watches came with the normal same quality figs as in the normal sets. The Obi-Wan watch came with an exclusive fig, same quality just new. -
Star Wars: The Clone Wars - Season 4 Discussion
Mr Man replied to XimenaPaulina's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Most sci-fi has surprisingly low yield rockets and explosives, to drive character action and 1 to one fights. But I agree about the Blaster situation entirely. The clones and droids here suffer more from the 'Stormtrooper Effect' than the atchual stormtroopers they are all so astonishingly inaccurate. As for the lightsabres it would seem that the Jedi as a whole took a massive power-down in this series. Watch how quickly Obi and Qui-Gon took on the BDs in the hanger on Naboo in TPM, and see how long it takes even Mace in CW to take out less droids. Thought the Jedi in the original CW series where ridiculously overpowered compared with the films, that is more like how a ninja monk drunk on the living force should fight. The main reason for the more slow motion scenes seems to be just establishing characters, continuing the story (Jedi or clones taking a call whilst fighting and not getting hit) or comic relief moments (BD talking whilst not getting hit). Well seems to be killing slavers or something. They really need to ramp up the Darknesstm in this series for him. -
[MOC] "Micro Collection" Death Star World 1 & 2
Mr Man replied to BaronSat's topic in LEGO Star Wars
They look great together BaronSat. I love the way you chose only the official figs from the sets as well. (Except Jar Jar ). I don't know if it intentional or not but the effect on the far left of the orange image looks sketch like, I like it . -
The best one. Where is the second to last head from? Gosh those CW heads are bloody awful .
-
BaronSat will they be any more of these toy to Lego remakes in the near future, and do you take the old ones apart to build the new ones?

The Empire sponsors Coke? Or the other way around. Great shots Wayno, and Linko. I really love this thread.

Yeah but in green it would stand out as more like Naboo. Edit: However the pod scenes took place on Tatooine . Yeah stick to Lego yellow .
-
I know that I was just wondering if they are playing the part of propellers, as the snow speeders don't seem to have a visible means of propulsion at the moment.

In front of me on my desk are two MOCs utilising the Y-Wing canopy piece. It is a useful piece for sci-fi ships. The TIE cockpit pieces, by contrast are more useful for window parts on MOCS, I don't own them (thank goodness) but I would probably make my own TIE front if I had to. As for whether I would use them it would depend on whether I had any better parts available on hand if I where to build a TIE.
-
That's quit a nice display. It would look better in a green case though.
-
Are the bars on the back of the snowspeeders propellers?
-
This type of tree is better suited to Kashyyyk yes. Sounds good .
-
I agree with this totally. Well done Julandrius .
-
I love the TIE Fighter anakev. Nice MOC as well. I would say no he isn't on Tatooine .
-
Hmm. I think the wings are OK however the body isn't bulky enough really.
