Did anyone here something about the new Star Wars Set "Mace Windu Starfighter"? My Retailer says that it will cost 39,99€ and will be available in January in Germany. Set Number was 7x8x? I don't remember for sure. Did you here about that?

Hi, it has nothing to do with tournament. Building battle of endor is my dream since over 5 years. After small tries back in 2004/2005 I decided to start a new/last try in 2008 (after I joined the Fanwelt in Cologne 2008). I think many of us Star Wars fans will sometimes build the same/nearly the same scene, because battle of endor is one of the most epic scenes in Star Wars Universe. greetings Hendrik

It will have the size of 72 48x48 baseplates... There won't be any more pictures until the middle of november, to keep the interest for the Fanwelt in Cologne high..

Hi, thanks for your answer. In total I built the layout with more than 300.000 bricks, including nearly 60.000 plant leaves in different colours. I will try to build more bushes on the ground...(-;

Hi @ all, after more than 1 1/2 years I am nearly at the end of a long building process. My new Endor Layout - I know, many of us built it before, even LEGO tried it - will be shown the first time in Cologne, 18.11. - 21.11.2010 at the LEGO Fanwelt 2010. It includes the landing platform, Ewok Village, the bunker, a big fight in front of the bunker and between lots of giant trees and many many more. Hi Klaus-Dieter, can you please tell me where you did get these information from? Midi-Scale Star Destroyer It's really a pity that we don't get a minifig-scaled ISD (like 6211) with minifigs and interior. AT-AT Since the AT-AT has a regular non-10... set number it's very supposably that it'll be an UCS set (since UCS sets were only at the very beginning of LSW sold in regular shops). Hmm, good question. When I started collecting LEGO Star Wars, I decided not to buy any of the Technic Sets. Last year I decided to collect everything from LEGO Star wars, so I had to buy all the technic sets. I want to have each Set two times, and right now there are only missing the 4481 Hailfire Droid and 8010 Darth vader missing....and some of the 2009 sets, but thats no problem, they are still around... greetings Hendrik

What I recognized is that both boxes, the one from 8038 Battle of Endor and the one from 7749 Echo Base DON'T have the "exclusive anniversary edition" at the front... (Will try to take some more pictures from the new sets today...)

Hi, I will try to do a review of the sets soon... The R2D" definetely ISN'T the same as you can buy it in 8038 or 10188. It has a different printing as I said before (Clone Wars printing)!! greetings Hendrik

Hi, yes, it is a sticker..)-; I hate stickers!! The senats head is the normal Clone Trooper head, but the helmet looks different (not only blue), it is a new mold. Palpatine has Count Dooku's hair in tan... Nute Gunray is a fantastic fig, as fantastic as the Onaconda Farr! And battle of Endor and the Echo Base are really great! I have many sets left to build...

Hi, yesterday I visited our LL in Germany and: trara: they have all the new Star Wars Sets (7748, 7749, 8036, 8037, 8038, 8039) in stock!! I bought several sets and want to inform you that they all are just great!!! The minifigs are really cool. In the 8039 venator (Price was 139,99€!, not 180€ as we list on the first page) there is a new tile 6x6 under the sticker with the republic sign! greetings Hendrik

Y-wing and Snail Tank: The Y-wing will include a weapon shooting function (these ugly big technic thing). You have to push R2D2 down to start the function. I think it is nothing interesting here to tell about the Y-wing. I cannot remember if it has a landing function, but it would make sense. One more thing: It isn't that ugly than I thought it would be. It is nearly the same with 7656 Grievous Fighter and 7663 Sith Infiltrator. When I first saw the sets, I didn't want them but after you built them they seem to be nice. Snail Tank: Nothing special here, nearly the same functions like the old version had. greetings Hendrik
