I'm fairly sure the goat is a soldier subject to a Baleful Polymorph spell. In fact you can see in the second picture his helm, shield and sword.

Very nice creation! The lighting gives it a very cosy atmosphere. This is a fine showcase of how good the octagonal column piece can be, for example for this sort of wall texturing, it's a shame TLC haven't released it in bley :(
