It would be strange not to have a UCS Tie though, it's the most common ship in the OT. It's the price that's frustrating.

Well after looking at it all day long I cracked and put a bid on a UCS ISD 10030 and turns out I won the auction. Now I'm excited but also scared because my wife will kill me.

If they do fix the sticker will people who purchased the set early be able to get new stickers from lego?

I really hope we do! I'd love a UCS AT-AT, but god damn it Lego you really need to release a UCS MF again.

So bought. €225 probably means £170 here in the UK which is what the UCS X-wing sold for. I assume it will be the same scale as the X-wing so they can sit beside each other. Does anyone have a good image to show the size comparison between the two fighters?

£125. Twice the original RRP but I've always loved the walkers and it's the only other OT set I can afford at the minute. The box isn't in great shape but not too worried about that. I'd love to get the Imperial Shuttle, B-Wing, Y-Wing and of course the MF but I'd need a lottery win!

I know if I start buying the system sets I won't be able to stop and I'll be bankrupt in no time! I'll stick to UCS stuff for now, and probably just OT sets, such a shame that older stuff can't be bought anymore but that's what happens when you're late to the party. I've definitely caught the bug though, I just ordered an AT-ST 10174 set from eBay.

I just finished the build (looks awesome) and after double checking I'm positive there are 2 pieces missing from bag 3. In fact it appears they put 2 wrong pieces in the bag as there are pink and dark brown pieces, neither of which have any business being in this set! I've read on here though that TLG are good with this sort of thing so I'm not worried.

I purchased the X-Wing 10240 set yesterday at Argos for £125. It's my first Lego Star Wars set but hopefully I can keep buying more in the future, although I'll probably stick to UCS sets.

Hi to everyone here, I've just joined up after buying my first LEGO set today since I was a kid. I got the X-Wing 10240 set for £125 at Argos in the UK and I can't wait to get more UCS sets in the future. With the teaser release it's been a great day all round. Question: I've started the build and the third bag has 2 pieces missing (along with 2 extra pieces that shouldn't be there). Is this normal and should I expect the pieces to show up in another bag? I don't know whether to stop building and contact LEGO or keep going & hope they turn up. Any help would be appreciated.
