    Yeah, the batteries in each of the 3 sets attach to Lex's mech on the arms and battle axe. http://kastorskorner.com/wp/lego-reveals-2018-dc-superheroes-sets/hyperfocal-0-5/ I'm a bit late to the party, so I'll keep this brief. The builds look pretty good IMO, excluding the ice car, definitely some of the better ones in this line. Figures look good, nothing great though. The hair piece choices on Cheetah and Frost look odd to say the least, but those can be easily swapped for better ones. Liking the prints (especially Frost, on whom I seem to be the minority. Never been a big fan on Reverse Flash so I may just brinklink her). I am disappointed that not a single figure this wave has leg printing yet alone molded boots. I understand they want to keep the costs down seeing as these are smaller sets, but still.

    Nice catch. Has that 2x3 flat studless tile next to it appeared anywhere else or is it new too?

    Flash figure arrived in the mail today. Looks great in person. Can't wait to have the whole League assembled, for now though I'll just have to settle for the four of them.

    I was more so making fun of how Lego rarely makes DC sets not focused on Batman (I probably should have put a smiley face or something to make this clearer, my bad). Your idea could work, and I'd sell my soul for some of those ideas (especially that Flash museum with a lineup of exclusive Rogues), but I don't see Lego expanding much beyond Batman for a while (we have yet to even seen the Watchtower ).

    Unfortunately for my wallet, I'm not gonna wait for that Flash figure when really it's the only thing I want out of the set and I don't expect it to drop in price so much that waiting would really be worth it. So thanks J3D1-T, Lego Flash is speeding my way as fast as the snail-mail force will let him.

    Circe isn't quite that well known and Metallo hasn't really been as prominent in pop culture recently to the extent Flash's villains have been. The DCEU thing is a long shot, but the director only left earlier this year so depending on how soon they design sets they may have had some very preliminary sets designed. Probably not though. There isn't much else Lego is likely to do the rest of this year aside from comic based JL sets (Superman and Flash heavy make the most sense as one is one of DC's top two and the other has been getting a lot of exposure lately) and Aquaman movie sets.

    On top of that Lego seems to be focusing on the six JL members from the upcoming movie. - Cybrog has no well known villains, if any - Wonder Woman's only well known villain is already in a set next year - Batman and Aquaman probably won't get much love since they don't want them to compete with their other sets released this year or next year - Superman only has a handful of villains left that are popular enough for sets: Doomsday, Zod, Bizzaro - Flash has a popular tv show running that has helped introduce some of the Rogues to a wider audience Plus, Lego may have already designed a set for the Flash movie that was supposed to come out next year which was supposed to feature The Rogues, so they may just want to release it with comic variants so they don't have to waste the design and have to come up with a new one.

    Raven looks pretty good, can't say much for Beast Boy and Starfire though. Especially Starfire, those eyes will haunt me.

    I really hope they'll make an exception and use a yellow hip piece this one time. If not, hopefully they don't change the color of the whole suit and it'll be easy enough to replace the hips with a yellow piece.

    The third set is called Batman's Helicopter; Chase for Batman's Freeze Car.

    Looks like another great range of figures, though I am wondering if either Mr. Freeze or Captain Cold may be in that last one driving the freeze car. Not too many sets in this theme with just 4 figures in them and this one does sound like one of the larger ones given how it includes both a helicopter and a car. Having arch-enemies for Firestorm and Wonder Woman now is especially great.

    We've gotten Kite-Man before Doomsday or a comic-based General Zod and have gotten four, going on five, Flash villains to Superman's three (not counting comic con exclusives and movie sets). Superman is getting no love at all here.

    If not, the JL Superman figure would work as a good substitute, seeing as they both have dark blue boots. I'll see myself out.

    So it sounds like from The Lego Batman Movie side of things we'll be getting the other seven villains: Condiment King, Clock King, Gentleman's Ghost, Hugo Strange, Dr. Phosphorous, Egg Head, and Crazy Quilt. On the DC side it sounds like a $20 set with Lobo and the SpaceHog and then some assorted figures: Lex Luthor, Krypto, Cheetah, and either Reverse Flash or Bizzaro. Sounds like a good year for DC, would love some hints if I'm on the right track though.

    Lol, the cryptic hints coming earlier and earlier each year. Gonna save you all some trouble, there is nothing to read into here, I know absolutely nothing. But I am liking some of those guesses, would be really great if they came true. Back on topic though, I am really liking all the movie JL figures (except Superman's, lazy Lego) and plan on picking them up one way or another. Flash's in particular is spectacular, love the resemble to Ezra in the face.
