Hello everyone, don't know if this is the right place for this topic, I posted it here because I've seen similar posts. Besides the topics about the plastic, I wanna talk about the prints on faces. My skater minifigure got the print a little weird, the painting looks like pen ink, and like someone painted a head with a toothpick and the ink. One of my cheerleader minifigs has weird spots on her face, doesn't look like a missprint, it looks like the plastic is darker in there. I'm okay with the fact that the minifigs have an opaque printing which fortunately isn't noticiable, and the same with the different kind of plastic, but not with the painting they use for the prints (Only some minifigs have this issue) I posted this thread, cause, I never saw something about prints on them?. Have any of you experienced this?

OUCH!, now that's gonna be hard!. I remember I was trying to unglue a princess keychain, it took me a lot to do it!. First, I used a lot of acetone on the connection with hair & head, after I let the acetone work, I used my nails to separate them. For the torso and skirt piece, It was hard, and the torso got damaged. First, I tried separating the skirt from the torso with a fine razor. Hope this helps ;S

If you had to collect it all over again...

Oh noez. I have many rare pieces, and old sets that are hard to find. In the place where I live, LEGO is a very rare toy! (Surprisingly), so if that would happen, I'd just give up, since to get a simple set, I have to plan trips and crap, so no, it would be the end of the world. -

I think this is a way to prevent other companies to copy LEGO's upcoming sets. I think it's a good way of avoiding Mega Sucks and other cheap chinese companies to copy. I've seen so many copied sets by China, specially copies from Paradisa, and little town sets. They fail at life! Actually, a guy shared a link of youtube with the title "Lego minifigs series 3", I bet they were the prelim pictures.. but I saw it was removed by order of "LEGO company or LEGO systems - something... I actually never thought LEGO would make youtube remove certain videos.. OUCH!

That minifigure is legit!, I hope they use that hairpiece for upcoming sets. I've noticed these new pieces are making a big change on the minifigures, more realistic and at the same time attractive (Makes you wanna buy them)

Definitely a must buy! I've never seen such a perfect set like this one, so many new pieces.

Meh, while all this comes from LEGO company, the quality doesn't look very different, and the minifigs don't break apart.. I'm fine. By the way, why when I click on "my profile" a board messages comes up? "You're nto allowed to view member's profiles" Lame ;l -

They're very cool! The rapper and the archer are a must get. The hawaii girl and the snowboarder seem to have a SIMILAR face to the cheerleader though;( I like the new idea of a grass skirt (cloth) for the hawaii girl. -
Indeed. I remember I saw an old town minifig (standard smiley face, blue cap, white torso, and blue legs), in a very bad condition.. It was around $7 And overall, most of the eBay prices are a rip

Thank you so much ;D. Now I just gotta wait till it becomes public. If someone uses the pic, they SHOULD give you credit. -
I think they're pretty useful, and their designs are marvelous. The thing is... 1. Adults get the whole bunch, while the kids just get what it's left. (Money is the key) 2. I've noticed they seem to have another kind of plastic; May be ABS, but it looks less shiny (It's notorious if you compare them with the other minifigs) 3. Though I'm very careful with all my LEGO minifigs, some of the finest parts of the faces peeled (Talking about these minifigs). 4. I think, TLG would decrease profit earned by sets, but increase profit earned by collectable minifigs, which can be a decrease at the end, I don't know?:S (You know, people are using a lot of money in these collectable minifigs, and they would just left behind the sets, unless they're outstanding) Otherwise, they're really awesome!, they're making a big change on the minifig population.

Please, please, PLEASE!.. post a link with the preliminary images. I'm new here, so I don't see why mods would delete the post, I mean, It's LEGO news why wouldn't they wanna see them. -
Part 1: - Part name: Minifig, Headgear Hair Straight With Bump on Top - Part description: http://ilexie.com/My%20Pictures/ad43kmu3jdaw4dka.jpg - Part usage: This hairstyle would make lego female minifigures look real pretty. Many lego fans would love it, it would be a nice addition to the hairstyles.
