Update: The "store" is definitely fake. It has a Facebook page that lists an address and phone number that actually belong to other businesses. I opened a complaint at PayPal and reported the scam. PayPal quickly confirmed the complaint and refunded my money.

I wish I had come across this discussion sooner. Last month I was directed to this "store" from an ad on an ebay page. The prices were just a little less than everywhere else, with free shipping as well, so I ordered two items (Winter Village Market), and paid with PayPal. It has been over three weeks and I haven't gotten word of any shipment. Now that I look closely, the Order Confirmation email says: "Thank you for your order from VTN Store. Once your package ships we will send an email with a link to track your order. If you have any questions about your order please contact us at support@vitanes.com or call us at Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST." There is NO telephone number at which to call them! Yesterday, I sent an email inquiry to the "support@vitanes.com" address. The email seems to have been delivered, but I am beginning to doubt that I will get a reply. I expect I will have to report it as a scam to PayPal and see if I can get the charge reversed.
