So I'm new here, but very happy to finally be able to post something of possible use!
I've been following Technics for years, but I've been observing for the most part; watching and waiting. I decided I would take the leap for my birthday with this logging truck build, and right off the bat my intention was actually to modify it. I've noticed many people complain that the set is not set up for dual-wheel axles, I hope to be addressing that. I will also be addressing the inline-4 engine issue as I'm positive that it should at least be a turbo-6 but it's an american design so I will probably wind up going V8. One last thing I hope to do is add a rear differential to make it a true 4-wheel drive system. Wish me luck, and if all goes well I may be back to update you all!
