Hi there, this is my second post on EB, and I wish to introduce my channel on youtube, search for removed I'm working on a text that define what I'm doing there, it is a special kind of MOC, here's the first part: What is an “Historical Mechanism made with Lego” (HML)? first, let me tell you why I want to define this term, as my youtube channel states, my main focus is to make HLMs. After my first videos which does not enter in this category (like the bump and reverse vehicle and lego cannon) and analyzing numerous other lego related videos, I came to the conclusion that it is a niche, between so many others (cars/trucks, GBCs, etc) with still few builders and that have lots of possibilities, such as educational: associated history and its impact on the society, mathematics, engineering etc. I'm not the first doing this, lego clocks are a classical example. I've already did 2 HML of the Pascaline (the first mechanical calculator) . And I'm about to release a third one.

hello, I'm working on a definition of HML, and I hope to post it here soon, but I think the best examples are lego clocks, they work as real historical clocks I have a channel on youtube with my creations, is it ok to post it here?

hello there, my name is Thiago, 32 years old and I live in Brazil. This is my first post, and I'm lego enthusiast since childhood, My focus is to recreate, with lego parts, historical mechanisms from the Renaissance up to the XIX century, like clocks and mechanical calculators.
