looks like the red sports car and the family home are next to hit sold out status as they now say to call to check to see if they are available. Just coming back to the hobby 11 months ago, seems like alot is "sold out" in the last month...I am glad I bought them all already!

The truck and HQ are in TRU and LS in Dallas and in Frisco Tx. In Frisco, you had to ask for them as they are not on the shelf yet. But the others (minus the helicopter) were.

USA S@H is now listing this as sold out...didnt this set just come out in the USA? Seems like they didnt produce very many, if its in fact gone now.

my local lego store had all the new police set in stock except the new HQ today. They said they dont know when the space sets are going to show up. They also got the log cabin in.

these are just going into the collection. not planning on opening these. i may go back tomorrow (and check my lego store) to get sets to open and build. I was kind of in shock to see them, so i didnt think to buy 2 at the time...

TRU in Frisco, TX has the police mini fig set, the new police boat and the K9 truck in stock! just picked them up...looks like they had room for another polcie set, but shelf was empty. Still had the old command center truck and HQ though.

I want to get this set, buts its very pricey and its taking me alot of time saving my VIP points and my extra dollars when I can...I noticed in the new USA mail catalog that it says its "limited quantities"...is this the next set to get discontinued? I asked the clerks at my Lego Store but they didnt seem to have much insight on it. Anyone around here heard any rumors or any concrete facts? I just want to possibly wait until after the holidays and pick it up in Jan, but I dont want to miss it and be out in the cold... and sorry if this has been addressed already. I used the search feature for Death Star Discontinued and didnt get anything in the first couple of pages.

so is lego re releasing this set for this holiday season? Will it be back at S@H or is this just some TRU found and are selling?

3 stops and finally the Lego Store in Dallas had 12 left...all week they kept saying they wouldnt be in stock until the 1st and then I happen to see these posts and tore out the door...I dont want to have to pay ebay prices like I had to do for series one.

so, still being a little new here, I apologize in advance if this question has been asked, but read most of the threads and didnt see it. I know The Lego stores only allow you to buy a couple of these figs at a time and my TRU is the same (already sold out in Frisco, TX of the ones they had)...How are people able to buy sealed boxes to resell on ebay? Will S@H sell complete boxes or individual figs?

Just started this hobby up again about 5 months ago. Loved Lego when I was a kid and now that I have 2 daughters, we are sharing the hobby. Plus, it makes it easier to go to the Lego Store in the mall with the family! Themes I am collecting / building are City, Toy Story and Star Wars Classic. I am in Dallas, Tx.

I picked one up at the Lego Store in Frisco (north of Dallas) on Saturday night. Its also available on the S@H site. It is 29.99 thru Lego in North America.
