Hello Tom, Fantastic! What are you creating? Hello, With the recent successfull launch of our inhouse design studio, printing high quality custom minifigures and parts, we have seen considerable growth with both corporate and consumer demand. We now require another designer to take on our ever growing list of design work/projects. We currently already work with an amazing designer and already have a great setup and so would be looking to mimic this offer. The designs are directly printed on to parts with a level of quality comparable with LEGOs own, we therefore require a designer who has an outstanding level of ability, skill and creativity, with the ability to turn around work in a short amount of time. Please note: We are not looking for a kid in his/her bedroom and a copy of MS paint. This is a genuine freelance project based job opportunity for a talented graphics artist. We do not print on to horrible decals/stickers/vinyls, all products are retail products and require a demanding high level of quality. You'll need to be able to design within similar design rules and guides that have made LEGO minifigures famous. We're not looking to make minifigures look realistic, we want them to look like minifigures. We're also not interested in creating 'copies' of figures that are already available from LEGO or other designers. We want a designer than help us 'fill the gaps'. Better relationships between the physical 'brick' and the digital world, I would imagine that sets would eventually integrate with augmented reality apps on devices such as iPads to bring what you've just built, alive. This has already been seen to some degree with certain themes and recent launches.
