Hello there! I just wanted to share a discovery I just made regarding the piece used to make the center rocket.... The piece is Lego part# 981000 and is called a "round 2x2 truncated cone". This can currently be found in 10 sets, one of which is the "Cloud Cuckoo Palace 70803-1"
