Ah, I have good memories of set 6597. The problem with TLC is that they operate to please the masses; They don't (overly) care about the opinions of a group of older AFOLs; their target market is children (as much as I hate to say it, they're taking a page out of the tobacco companies' book).

EXACTLY! I opened a new catapult defense I bought and it happened AGAIN!!!! Considering I bought it at the Lego outlet in Cookstown, Ontario, this came as a tremendous shock to me. EDIT: The 50 complaints was in the shipping region I was in (Southern Ontario). Sorry I didn't clarify.
