My son and I finished building this one last night. We're having some difficulty with driving the main rotor. The gear on the ratchet piece seems to be getting bound up, pushing it to a bit of an angle and then it starts skipping. The rachet works perfectly when turning the drive the other direction, lifting the gear up out of the way. Has anyone else had this binding? I can't see what we might have done wrong...
