I'm a new member, and also an old timer, 56 years young. I had Lego's when I was young, but it was mostly the 2 studs X 4 studs bricks, all thick ones. I don't recall any wheels or anything like that.

Hi everyone. I'm crash, but you can also call me old, or dummy. I started playing with Lego's around 45 to 50 years ago. I don't even remember my first set very well, although I think it was just miscellaneous blocks. Fast forward a few years and I now have a 9 year old grand son that loves Lego's. Because of him I've bought a few sets of my own, including all of the Master Builder Academy, and just a few weeks ago the Unimog 8110. I'm an industrial designer by day and I design, machine and fabricate processing machines. I spend a lot of time using Autodesk Inventor, a 3d modeling program, which would be perfect for making Lego models. I'm looking forward to all the great info available here.
