I have some bad news regarding the pre-order of the Parisian Restaurant!
I pre-ordered the set yesterday, and then phoned up their customer service number today as I hadn't received a confirmation email, and it wasn't in my order history. The woman on the phone apologised and said that they'd listed it for pre-order by mistake, and that I'll have to re-order the set January 1st but I hadn't been charged for it. I asked if they were ever planning on contacting us to let us know this, and she said she didn't know.
Has anyone else received a confirmation email?
ETA: After another a phone call, it turns out the money taken from our accounts will be refunded at the weekend, and we will have to order it properly January 1st
