That is true, I can't remember the last time I paid full price for Lego, it must have been at least a year. I expect a minimum of 20% savings these days.

Myer have a 1 day only sale on tomorrow (30th of July), 20% off toys is mentioned.

I went into my local Kmart (Hornsby) at 12.15am this morning and picked up some of the sets. They had about 4 of the HP bus, about 10 of the basic brick sets, 10 log cabins and 3 of the Lighthouse sets.

hmm, I might try that. Take in my receipts and see if they will refund me the difference..

Great prices for all the sets, I think I will be returning my HP sets to Target and buying them from Kmart!

I tried for a double discount at Myer this morning, but it was a no go.

Target at Warringah Mall (SYD) had very few people in it at 9.30am this morning, registers manned but no queue. They also had a huge amount of stock sitting on the shelves.

BigW at Warringah Mall had all of the Pharoahs sets in stock today!!

Myers at Warringah Mall (Sydney) had about 10 of the Tower Bridge sets out today. I am hoping they break out a buy 2, get 3rd free sale whilst they have stock! I have noticed that there is a huge amount of Cars 2 stock on the shelves, I will wait until it is heavily marked down on clearance before I touch it.

Target at Hornsby had about 10 Creator Off-Road Power last weekend, and as of yesterday they had none, so somebody must have cleaned them out.

I used to keep my boxes, but when the stack gets 5 feet high of flattened boxes, you just realise it is a waste of space. I have only kept one box, that is the Eiffel Tower. Not sure why I kept it though.. I cut them up and put them out with recycling now! Matt
