  1. Hi cavegod its me TK422. Again that AT-AT is so amazing you really should make the LDD file available if possible. I agree with the others on here. I attemped to start on mine awhile back in LDD modeling it after yours but back then they had a pathetic selection of pieces to choose from, so I just gave up. Today in 2012 it is finally possible to build the whole thing. I am so glad they expanded their parts inventory. I am proud to say I have built all four legs and feet and the drive motors under the belly, thanks to you generously adding pictures. Can you please tell me in order from back to front what size plates you used that the drive motors are placed upon. Example 6x16,2x16 etc. Also it would be great to see the AT-AT's skeleton from different angles in high quality resolution. I am not very good at technic side building. Please bare with me if I have more questions in the near future. Thank You I really would like to build this.

    UCS AT-AT

Cavegod I heard that when you made the UCS AT-AT you already had most of the parts right? What sets did you use to create this monster? I would have guessed you used parts from the UCS millennium Falcon and the UCS imperial Star destroyer am I right? Also, could you please post close-up pictures of the AT-AT's framing technic pieces of the body. I think the framing of the body would be the hardest part of the building process. I have the feet and legs figured out, but I fear I will have big problems doing the head and body. I haven't started it yet because I only have aboud 200 gray costom legos that aren't from sets. I have many Star wars sets but only 2 UCS sets The Imperial Shuttle, and the AT-ST, which as you know for me right now it's impossible to make a UCS AT-AT. I know you get some pieces from bricklink but, when I don't have enough pieces to atleast experiment with, I dont have a clue of what to buy. You should get the LEGO team on board with your idea. They might make the AT-AT an offical set to the star wars theme. P.S. if you know of any good virtual lego designing programs besides Lego digital designer, please let me know. It's impossible to virtually buld a UCS AT-AT with LDD. They have a very "sad" selection of technic pieces which are essential. Please respond. Thank You.
  3. excuse me its me again TK422. cavegod, what kind of wheels did you use for your masterpiece AT-AT's drive motors? names of the wheels would be greatly appreciated. P.S. thanks for telling me where to get the bricks I need.
  4. I just joined this cite but I am a huge lego star wars fan too. I would love to use the pictures of this at-at to build one of my own but I don't have the parts to do it. Did you get these parts from other star wars lego sets if so which ones. If not where did you order them?
