Indeed it would. I might consider doing that, if I was to MOD this thing into something bigger.

A "limited" amount of overhang is allowed - no UCS scale Death Star on a 16x16 Vignette though Not a must, but it might be an idea to include a link to a video clip of the scene depicted in one's entry. Contest ends on 30th of June 2010 at 2100 CET. Entries posted after the deadline are disqualified. Entries that doesn't live up to the rules after the deadline are disqualified. All entries will be indexed - this does not mean they are qualified or 'good' enough. All entries will be looked over and requirements to comply with the rules will be posted in the entry's topic. All entries are considered WIP's (work in progress). An entry can be changed as many times as the poster wishes before the deadline. All entries are to be posted as individual topics in 'Watto's Junkyard' with the following in the topic's subtitle: "Epic Scenes followed by category Small or Medium or Large" When the deadline has been reached a vote topic for the qualified entries will be made. More on the vote rules when that time comes. Comments and suggestions on entries are more than welcome. What are the prizes? Well there's at least on EB stormie up for each category's winner. And we'll dig in and see what we can find for 2nd and 3rd place. We've got quite a stash of polybags and stuff like that lined up. Plus the main thing is to be able to say "I won" We promise prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in all three categories. Only 1st prize winners will also win the "Star Wars Contest Winner"-tag. Check the EB Stormie here

No worries. It'll stay until it's outpaged and then I'll move it to the MCW as usual. Great work by the way.
-
Smooth and easily recognizable. Great work All he needs is a cup of coffee or a coca cola
-
Bah! Just brasso it yourself
-
Looks more like Sean Connery and family to me And since this is more of a custom minifigs thing, I'll move this to the Minifig Customization Network Forum...
-
Do you have other projects for when you're all done with the Tantive IV?
-
Why didn't you just read the review of the set?
-
Let it go people. This polybag is going to surface all over the world at different events and stuff like that. This one was acquired by buying a Slave1 in a toy store in Sweden. Let's stick with discussing the minifig - we've got no intel on how why and when it'll be available in other places.

Since a lot of members do these Battle Pack Alternates, we've got a topic for all of those. HERE I'll merge this topic there in a while.
-
What other SW "Battle Packs" would you like to see?
KimT replied to BearHeart's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I'd love to have a Mandalorian Battle Pack, but most of all I'd die for a dual Endor BP. One with Rebel Troops (Endor Trooper / Ewok) and one with Imperial Forces (scout trooper/imperial trooper/at-st driver). I've merged this topic with the original topic on Battle Packs. (I know that topic could easily be missed in the Forum Index - so no fear ) -
Yup, those torsos are all Antilles Yeah, they were quite hefty to buy
-
Indeed. I've done the same thing.

Thanks guys I'll be showing it off again this weekend at "The Star Wars Day" in Taastrup. I expect to do some new and better pics of it.
-
Thanks a lot I still wonder wether we'll get one or two new books. I checked the ISBN numbers and they link to two different books on Amazon Deeplink of "new" cover:
-
You've sure come a long way. That new one is pure sweetness
-
You read the title right? ("Circa 2004")
-
Yup, the Sail Barge is really awesome and "Biggie" did a real good job a reviewing it.
-
There's a few customizers that do really great bows. I personally bought quite a few to replace those "Men in tights"-looking bows that TLG produced This is the one:

I really should frequent this forum more often, it seems I'm missing every birthday topic these day. Happy B-day Davey, I hope it was a blast.
-
Perhaps they (as some of us) really don't care too much about those inferior characters?
-
Better late than never Happy Birthday Cam. Drop by and I'll offer a beer or two on my expense. Heck, I'll even throw in a barbeque. Did you bang your head on the door entering the room? Being 30+ kicks megablocks allday everyday
