terenshi Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 (edited) Madoca recently published his new MOC, Trial Truck 4 x 4. Since I already have about 76% of the parts, I decided to build it.. Well the Trial Truck is very similar to Rock Crawler , it looks like they are the same type of vehicle. The Rock Crawler has less functions but has a longer travel suspension than the Trial Truck. The Trail Truck has 4 motors, 2 M motors control the 2 speeds gear box and the LED lights, Servo for steering and XL for driving. It has also has a fake engine. So Lets build it This is the rear axle with no differential, I guess this type of vehicle is better to have no differential a simple but very efficient 2 speed gearbox XL motor for driving So this is the front axle with servo motor for steering Here is the chassis with fake engine The completed model looks very good. Madoca 1977 Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Thank you for building! It's easy to change color scheme. I hope someone will bring this MOC to Lego Truck Trial competition in your country. As far as I know, there are no Lego T.T. competitions in Japan. In driving outdoor, I think it would be better to change knob wheels to 12 and 20 bevel gears. With yellow lines and LBG wheels. With white lines and unimog tires. Quote
terenshi Posted May 1, 2014 Author Posted May 1, 2014 Thank you so much for making the instruction for your MOCs. I really like your design. its truly amazing. I have built most of your cars, except monster truck, monster truck 6 x 6 and super car. just wondering will you make the instruction for the dump truck by any chance ? Quote
Madoca 1977 Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Older models including Dump Truck and large Supercar have no instructions. They were disassembled years ago. At that time I didn't have any thoughts of making instructions. Quote
jantjeuh Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Could you perhaps rebuild them from memory? The reason I'm asking is because that dump truck looked beautiful! Quote
Madoca 1977 Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Sorry, I can't remember my early works. If I build a dump truck once more, it will be a new version. Quote
Rishab N Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I want all of Madocas models and this is no exception> I'm amazed that he managed to squeeze a v4 engine in it Quote
dragofoscar Posted May 4, 2014 Posted May 4, 2014 (edited) Hi I just ordered a few missing parts for the latest model. When build, it will be my 3rd madoca model on shelf.
