My Families Christmas, a advent adventure

Apologies for possibly placing this in the incorrect forum but it will be "story telling" and I hope it is ok. I just thought I would share a little fun I am having among friends on facebook. Last year we did our family Christmas photo with minifigs. It was a big hit. This year, wanting to top lasts, I decide to make our home with minifigs standing outside. It then grew into a advent, each day is a new scene, a little different/odd/wierd compared to the last. I just thought I'd share since it has been awhile since I was in the forums, always lurking, but I haven't contributed in a long time. My inspiration for this comes from the Reasonably Clever webcomic. I always laugh when I read it and the advent fun is pretty cool. Please let me know if the links are not working, thank you.

Hmm, not sure, Day one should be the family photo, all looking at the camera, day two is the three of us boys peeing in the yard :)

My confusion, I thought the first picture was before the snowman, but it must have been off to the left (from viewer POV)

I really like this vingette and I am looking forward to another instllment.

Edit: Uh Oh, just noticed day 5 and the melted snowman.

Yes, the boys thought the snowman was a little creepy and we think he might have moved once, so not taking any chances, they burned him up.

I will update/edit the front page each day. I just started using imgr (late to the party) and haven't gotten used to cropping them yet. Thanks for the kind words. The house is actually a vignette of our home, I will put a updated photo up for comparison. Thanks everyone.

I have been following your Advent Adventure since the beginning, and i think it is very clever and fun.

However, with the number of days it is getting difficult for me. I like to look at the prior photos and I believe it might be easier if they were in-line so you can scroll back and forth between photos. I noticed that the service you use for photo hosting allows several options for embedding photos.

Just a thought...
