Nightcruise Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 Besides being called Stormer, this is a complete different character from the Lego take. This is not meant to be my version of Stormer for 4.0, I'm not doing that event in my stories. The characters are remaining as 2.0 or 3.0 as several are dead from the 4.0 wave in my stories. In my take, he's a war veteran and fought in the Great War (1720 to 1970) between the Legobot and Thundercons. Which during that time, he met Bulk and he was a lieutenant in the Legobot Army. Years after the war, the two worked together onboard an experimental starship in 1995. During the first trip, the ship was pulled into a worm hole and came out in the year 2319. After the culture shock wore off, Stormer became a Throwbot and retired from the newer Legotron Army. By 2360, the descendants of the Thundercons, the Jetcons, invaded Legotron. Stormer was one of the many that fought occupying forces and help force the enemy off of the planet. Five years later, he volunteered for a new experimental upgrade Legotron scientists had developed. He was selected by the Legotron Army and became the first Cyberbot and was promoted to commander of the Hazard Unit. Model wise, until this point I've been using the Lego model only. Now I've put my own touch on the character, make him bigger and more bulky. I've kept the 3.0 helmet as I liked the look of it out of the other Stormer helmets. Has more of a commander type of feel to me. Plus I have a little cover story to explain why the 3.0 figures are different now compare to the normal soldiers in my stories. The new look came in my stories after he was stab by the Terrorcon leader Deviot in his chest and near death. As he was once a Legobot, he needed a transfusion with one. One of the last Legobots was with him and after the transfusion, he started to grow bigger and became a Cyberbot/Legobot hybrid. As I like Stormer so much, I just went ahead and gave him a new look. Then had to think of some creative way to bring the change into my stories. Quote
Vinyl Scratch Posted December 16, 2011 Posted December 16, 2011 (edited) Loving it! It's like Wolverine made in Hero Factory The general bulky-look looks really great and doesn't look that exagerated. Colour-scheme is great. Good job Nightcruise Edited December 16, 2011 by Vinyl Scratch Quote
