Legostein Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Hello again everybody! The Designer Set 4098: High Flyers was made to build various flying machines. If you want to fly higher, you can also do this with this set. The parts variety is also suitable to build space ships. Last week we had a look at Plo Koon's Starfighter built with pieces of this set only. Today's model is a CIS Vulture Droid as seen in the Clone Wars animated TV series. It is a bit smaller and less complex as the one last week, but continuing in the spirit of the set's original intention, there are models of all building levels that can be build with it. That's it for today! Have a good start into the new week! ~ Christopher Quote
Mr Man Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Wow this one is great Legostein , it has all the important features of the Vulture-Class, aside from the red hinges it looks like it could have been a intended alternative model for this set. Great job. Quote
Masked Builder Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Ha ha! Another cool little mini Legostien! I like what you've got going with this set. Quote
Oky Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Great work again, Legostein! You're really getting the full Star Wars potential out of that set! Quote
lightningtiger Posted September 18, 2011 Posted September 18, 2011 Ah, another AWESOME creation from you 'Legostein', but I don't think Count Dooku would approve of the colour arrangement....not fearful looking enough ! May the Eurobrick be with you....again ! Quote
Brickdoctor Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 You've done it again! Flawless work with this alternate model, Legostein. Quote
Legostein Posted September 21, 2011 Author Posted September 21, 2011 Hello! Thank you for the nice comments! I am not sure if I am done yet already with that set... But I don't want to stress your tolerance for these alternatives too much at the moment. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
M<0><0<DSWIM Posted September 22, 2011 Posted September 22, 2011 It seems you can build alot of cool SW mocs out of that set! Love the shaping of the wings. Quote
