shmails Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 Wonderful scene! I love how the action goes on above while down below life goes on as normal, until that guy hits the ground at least! Great work, good luck! Quote
Praiter Yed Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 I really like the way you made the roof and the damaged wall is a great little detail. All in all a beautiful creation and your custom Zorro is ace (well done on that hat!). Quote
Big Cam Posted August 12, 2011 Posted August 12, 2011 Great MOC all around but I especially love the wall that looks like it was blown out and patched, really cool technique. Quote
Norrington Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 I very much liked the figure taking the siesta; that technique isn't one I've seen before, but it's very effective. Quote
Hartfan Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Small but darn great MOC. Nicely done scene... :D Quote
JimBee Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Nice scene, Zorro was great and interesting choice for a theme, I wouldn't have thought of that. Love the use of the palm tree parts on the side of the building, by the way. Quote
Solitary Dark Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 A great scene and a great custom minifig too - Lovely clean sculpting on the hat. Bet you were glad for a Musketeer minifig! Quote
Fat Tony Posted August 16, 2011 Author Posted August 16, 2011 Thanks everybody for the kind comments! Quote
lightningtiger Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 Excellent creation 'Fat Tony', fantastic structure....it totally has that Mexican feel to it ! Plus your custom Zorro is so cool ! Brick On 'Fat Tony' ! Quote
icy brick Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 (edited) Zorro... Well the legend seems to be here again. With me sergent Garcia you all should be safe from Zorro! How did it come out again? You could do bigger and totally seperate story about this... Great Job Fat Tony! Edited August 16, 2011 by icy brick Quote
goldfish Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 Some great examples of how to position figures. well done! Quote
Gabe Posted August 17, 2011 Posted August 17, 2011 (edited) Wow, that's a classy MOC Fat Tony! I love yr minifig posing, and the admiral torso for the soldiers was a great choice. The broken stucco revealing the brick wall behind and the palm trunk pieces for the support beams sticking out of the wall really stand out too. You've managed to squeeze quite a lot of detail into a relitively small space, and yet it still manages to look clean and uncluttered. Nice work! Edited August 17, 2011 by gabe Quote
Silverface Posted August 18, 2011 Posted August 18, 2011 Zorro is amazing and so is this moc! Great detailing and great work!! God job! Silverface Quote
