No put great difficulty has part for the landing gears which my fact to lose almost whole night . She consists of two floors, the first one is the cockpit and in the second the place for the troops and of 2 scoot. Here is some image: I hope that he will please you bye Quote
Brickdoctor Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Nice. Looks kind of blocky to me, but the overall shape and coloring is right. Great job on the landing gear; it was probably worth a few lost hours of sleep. Quote
Eskallon Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Wow, excellent work. I like how you made it fully playable. Quote
Masked Builder Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Looks pretty good. But I agree with Brickdoctor. I also have a question, how do you move it around? Quote
Brickdoctor Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 I agree with Brickdoctor. I also have a question, how do you move it around? It looks to have a pretty strong Technic frame- he probably just picks it up. Quote
Masked Builder Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 (edited) It looks to have a pretty strong Technic frame- he probably just picks it up. I didn't notice that.... Edited October 1, 2010 by Masked Builder Quote
lightningtiger Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Not bad at all 'angel06' reminds me of how Lego started out with SW sets.....very 1999 ! Great playable design too ! Good work and I'm a conformist! 'angel06' I'm a conformist! ! Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Wow, that's one massive Troop Carrier, I have not seen any lego brickbuild version of this so thanks for doing this angel06! Yeah it might have some minor aesthetic issues but you got the overall shape right of the real thing. I completely understand its blockiness since the real CR-20 is actually blocky (see below). And people fail to notice that it even has working landing gears! The only thing that you could improve will probably be a smoother finish by tiling the surfaces or with some SNOT techniques. But overall, I like this creation a lot since it's unique, never-before-brickbuilt, and just plain massive! Keep it up! Quote
Big Cam Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Kind of a classic design, but executed well. A bit blocky yes, but it resembles the cartoon version pretty well. Quote
Eskallon Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Oh, I would like to add that I think it doesn't matter that it is blocky. Like someone said a few posts up the original is blocky. You could tile it sometime if you have the money and time. Quote
angel06 Posted October 3, 2010 Author Posted October 3, 2010 hello Thank you for your comment. That want to say yourselves by too much squared, I do not understand very well . I would have can beings of make the bigger hold in height. I took about photos of l armature which is made by technical beam which consists of three lengthes and 2 heights and which the whole fit, form a frame bye Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 (edited) Nice interiors, it's good to see a weapons and BARC speeder rack. But where are the rest of the clone troops? You certainly need a huge army of clone troopers to fill in that massive troop carrier. That want to say yourselves by too much squared, I do not understand very well . Don't worry about that, the whole carrier is supposed to be blocky anyway, so you did a good job capturing the overall shape of the CR-20. Edited October 3, 2010 by KielDaMan Quote
angel06 Posted October 3, 2010 Author Posted October 3, 2010 hello Not need of clones because I have more than 400 of it, it is just for the images that I preferred not to put them (it is a character who was most accessible to me ) My question was just for being able to improve him bye Quote
Lord_Bloodwort Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 LOVE it! :D If TLG made one even HALF as good as this i'd buy it! Quote
Legostein Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Hello! What really makes this a great moc is the detailed interior which gives it excellent playability. Working features like landing gear and opening hatch also contribute al lot on it. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
CadBane Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Great work! A little blocky, but the size and shape is good and I like the storage compartment! Quote
Forresto Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 This is very good! I recently trie doing it, gave up, ate a lemon, and then read a good book in frustration I am wondering though if you could post a picture of the carrier inside with a bunch of clone troopers? How many can it hold? Quote
angel06 Posted October 15, 2010 Author Posted October 15, 2010 hello I already have him to unsettle once to show the inside, and I am not going to redo it, too much trouble has to go to raise it. It is to realize one dioramas that I made moc due to happens will be static, thus I do not need to put of soldier has the inside (has part for the direction). Technically he transports 8 soldiers, 2 pilots and more still for her really version, but I would have to make the it bigger and was not the purpose. Saddened for my paper, my translator and but weak knowledge in English, make of me and I conceive him a not very evident person has lira bye Quote
