Masked Builder Posted September 30, 2010 Posted September 30, 2010 Just a quick build after Brickfair using my new Brickforge trident. The Atlantis warrior rides the currents.... Here's a link to the Brickshelf Folder (When moderated), and Flickr. Suggestions are welcome. (Although I have dismantled it) Quote
Mrlegoninja Posted September 30, 2010 Posted September 30, 2010 Great, although I have a question. Why did you dismantle it? Quote
lightningtiger Posted September 30, 2010 Posted September 30, 2010 Sad it's gone now 'Masked Builder', but it was very good. For some reason I do seem to like the combo of old light grey and light bluey grey slope pieces, plus the fish swimming - now that's simple yet clever ! I'm a conformist! 'Masked Builder' I'm a conformist! ! Quote
Masked Builder Posted September 30, 2010 Author Posted September 30, 2010 (edited) Great, although I have a question. Why did you dismantle it? I needed these to rebuild my CTT. 'Masked Builder' I'm a conformist! ! Thanks! Although now that you've mentioned that I did steal that idea from somebody I can't remember who though..... I may do some more though if you liked this one that much. Edited September 30, 2010 by Masked Builder Quote
Flare Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Pretty cool, the ground is sort of simple though. Also... where is the atlantis warrior's mask-head thing? Quote

Legostein Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Hello! That's a nice technique for placing fish in an underwater scene by using those trans-clear bars with stud. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
bort138 Posted October 4, 2010 Posted October 4, 2010 That trident is so much better than the offical one. The one LEGO makes it way too short. Anyways nice moc! Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Very nicely done MB! The rock formation is pretty good, and I just love the swimming-fishes-passing-by-effect - very clever! Quote

Big Cam Posted October 5, 2010 Posted October 5, 2010 Nice MOC, I wonder if a trail of clear studs would give more of an effect of motion? Either way I like the scene, and the suspence of the fig with the clear studs. Quote
